MathRush Privacy Policy
Effective date: 13 July 2026
Last updated: 13 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use MathRush, an educational mathematics game published by Siremon Digital Solutions, operating from Kenya.
MathRush is designed to minimise the collection of personal information. The app does not require users to register, create an account, or sign in. Most game information is stored only on the user's device.
1. Information MathRush does not request
MathRush does not require users to provide an email address, telephone number, postal address, payment information, government identification information, or account login details.
The app does not request access to:
- Precise device location
- Contacts or address books
- Photos or personal media files
- The device camera
- The device microphone
- Telephone call records
- SMS messages
- Health or fitness information
- Financial or payment information
2. Information stored locally on the device
MathRush may store the following information locally on the user's device:
- A player name or nickname entered in the app
- The selected grade or difficulty level
- Selected avatars, themes, and cosmetic preferences
- Game scores, coins, achievements, and progress
- Learning statistics and performance summaries
- Sound, music, and gameplay settings
- Daily reward status and advertising frequency counters
This locally stored information is used to provide gameplay, personalisation, progress tracking, achievements, learning summaries, rewards, and parent dashboard features.
Siremon Digital Solutions does not operate a MathRush account system and does not upload this local game progress to its own servers. A player name entered in the app remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to Siremon Digital Solutions.
Users can remove locally stored information at any time by using the app's Reset Progress feature, clearing MathRush storage through Android device settings, or uninstalling the app.
3. Advertising and third-party services
MathRush uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements, and optional rewarded advertisements.
When advertising services are used, Google may automatically process certain information, including:
- The device's Internet Protocol address, which may be used to estimate its general or approximate location
- App and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, advertisement impressions, and video views
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, errors, hang rate, and energy usage
- App-set identifiers or other device and account-related identifiers used for advertisement delivery, analytics, security, and fraud prevention
MathRush is configured not to request access to the Android advertising ID. Relevant advertising ID and Android Privacy Sandbox Topics permissions are removed from the app's Android manifest.
However, Google Mobile Ads may still process other information and identifiers necessary to provide, measure, secure, and prevent abuse of its advertising services.
Advertisement requests from MathRush are configured as child-directed, limited to a general-audience content rating, and non-personalised. MathRush does not intentionally request interest-based advertising or remarketing.
Information transmitted through Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit. Google processes this information in accordance with its own policies:
4. Audience and child safety
MathRush is an educational mathematics game intended for learners and general audiences. It does not provide chat, direct messaging, public profiles, social networking, user-generated content, or communication between users.
MathRush does not knowingly ask children to submit personal contact information. Game progress and player preferences are stored locally on the device and are not uploaded to servers operated by Siremon Digital Solutions.
Advertising requests are configured as child-directed, non-personalised, and restricted to a general-audience content rating.
5. Consent and privacy choices
Where required by applicable law or Google policy, MathRush uses Google's User Messaging Platform to display privacy information or obtain user choices before requesting advertisements.
A Privacy Choices option may be displayed in the MathRush settings where additional privacy controls are required for the user's region.
Users may also manage certain Google advertising and privacy settings through their device settings and Google account privacy controls.
6. Internet access
Core MathRush gameplay and locally stored progress can function without an internet connection.
Internet access may be used to:
- Obtain required consent or privacy messages
- Request and display advertisements
- Measure advertisement delivery and performance
- Protect advertising services against fraud and misuse
When an advertisement cannot load, normal gameplay remains available. If a rewarded advertisement does not complete successfully, no previously earned game coins or progress are removed.
7. Sharing and sale of information
Siremon Digital Solutions does not sell personal information.
MathRush does not share locally stored game progress, player names, settings, achievements, or learning statistics with Siremon Digital Solutions or other MathRush users.
Information associated with advertisement requests may be transmitted to and processed by Google for advertisement delivery, analytics, measurement, security, and fraud prevention, as described in Google's policies.
MathRush does not include:
- Third-party account login
- Social sharing features
- Chat or direct messaging
- Precise location tracking
- Cloud storage of player progress
- In-app collection of payment-card information
8. Data retention
Game progress, preferences, and settings remain on the user's device until the user resets their progress, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls MathRush.
Because Siremon Digital Solutions does not operate a MathRush account system or backend database for player progress, it generally does not retain identifiable player progress on its own servers.
Information processed by Google through AdMob is retained according to Google's policies, applicable law, and Google's operational, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.
9. Data deletion requests
MathRush does not require users to create an account. Siremon Digital Solutions does not collect or store on its own servers users' names, email addresses, telephone numbers, precise locations, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, payment information, or MathRush game progress.
The app may store game progress, settings, coins, achievements, player names or nicknames, learning statistics, and preferences locally on the user's device.
Users can immediately delete this local information using any of the following methods:
- Use the Reset Progress option within MathRush
- Open the device's Android settings, select MathRush, and choose Clear storage or Clear data
- Uninstall MathRush from the device
To request deletion of information that may be associated with MathRush, or to ask a question about privacy, email:
siremondigitalsolutions@gmail.com
Use the subject: MathRush data deletion request.
Please provide enough information for us to understand and respond to the request. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period. Because MathRush does not use accounts or upload game progress to servers operated by Siremon Digital Solutions, there may be no server-held player data for us to identify or delete. Where this is the case, we will explain how the user can delete the locally stored information from their device.
Information processed independently by Google through AdMob is subject to Google's privacy controls, retention practices, and deletion procedures. Where appropriate, we may direct users to the relevant Google privacy controls.
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
10. Security
MathRush applies data-minimisation measures by keeping player progress on the user's device, avoiding user accounts, not operating a player database, disabling access to the Android advertising ID, and using encrypted connections when communicating with third-party services.
Although reasonable measures are used to protect information, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. International processing
Google and its service providers may process advertising-related information in countries other than the country in which the user lives. Such processing is governed by Google's privacy policies and applicable data-protection requirements.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when MathRush features, advertising configurations, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.
When material changes are made, the effective date and last-updated date shown at the beginning of this policy will be revised.
